A little sketchbook stuff
Jul. 29th, 2009 12:42 pmHaven't uploaded any artwork for a while but I also don't have time to really dump most of the good stuff in my sketchbook, so here's just a few random pages.

I drew this a few weeks before the actor died and then felt hesitant to post it.

Presented without comment or apology, the spawn of
prickvixen's loins: BEAUTIFUL MEATBALL

A random abstract thing I did to play around with using watercolor pencil and see how bad it would ruin my sketchbook pages.

I have a feeling that even if I knew what was going on in this drawing, I couldn't tell you. It started out as unrelated scribbles on a couple of adjacent pages and grew into this.

More fiddling around with watercolor pencils.

And just for a change of pace, a rather nice and completely heteronormative old man working on a miniature set in his garage. I'd swap him for my grandfather.

Date: 2009-07-29 09:30 pm (UTC)Not sure where he came from. He's not an art style or subject that I'd normally be into. (Well except for the models)
It's possible he's due to Jeff and Kenny. Jeff has a model train set up in his garage and a whole bunch of different engines and cars and things.
