It bothers me that a person like Phelps senior can't be put away for child abuse. PTSD? You think? ... Though on that note, I'm suddenly reeling with the thought of just how many kids in the bible belt are suffering PTSD. I bet it's a lot. That's really depressing. I really wish there were some qualifications for parenting beyond "stick penis in vagina" *sigh*
