I've been able to juggle 3 balls for years. I have a set of clubs but I've never quite got the hang of them. I practiced them up a lot last year and _almost_ got to where I could do clubs but then, as tends to happen, I got distracted and never finished.

Since we're moving soon, I've ramped up my juggling a lot (just balls for now) because it's the same muscles used for lifting things and carrying them. In less than a week I'm back to over 800 throw/catches without dropping with my heavier beanbags so... Today I decided to up the ante and strapped 3lb weights around my wrists. Twenty minutes of that and my arms are hurting now. :) Best set was ~70 completed passes. I can increase the weight by .5lb ingots up to 5lbs. I figure when I can do 300 completed passes I'll add another half pound to each arm.

Once we're moved the living room will have a sufficiently high ceiling and we'll have outdoor space so that I can probably finally master clubs. Of course.. Then I'll have to learn to juggle 4. But I think I'll put 'juggle clubs' on my list of goals for this year. Good exercise if nothing else. :)

Soon I shall rule the world with my dark clown powers!

This raises the question: Will there be room to Unicyle?

Well... The house is at the top of about 30 feet of stairs.... So there's definitely room for at least a crash course in it.

Hm. Better stick to bow-tie rotation.

And here I thought we'd turn to a more stilted conversation.

Ah, you beat me to predictable clown banter! First the unicycle and then the rotating bowtie, darn.

Six nuclear warheads? HA! more like six DEFUSED warheads!

^,^

On a random note, what part of the arm are you sticking the weights to? I'm guessing the wrists? Random suggestion, if they can fit, is around the elbows too if you get super comfortable with the weight on your wrists. Wow, it's been a while since I used on the body weights for much. O.o
