Dear gods of cooking, forgive me for this transgression I have wrought.

Last night, I created the truly unholy.

It was a green thai curry that used durian as the base and thousand year eggs as the 'meat'...

I wrought a great evil by actually making this combination rather tasty.

Wow. I missed this. This proves my theory that curry and coconut milk is the magic Thai combo to making everything taste good.
