Dear gods of cooking, forgive me for this transgression I have wrought.

Last night, I created the truly unholy.

It was a green thai curry that used durian as the base and thousand year eggs as the 'meat'...

I wrought a great evil by actually making this combination rather tasty.

I doubt I'll ever be able to make a second attempt to eat a thousand year egg. Durian I still need to try.

Durians are weird. Most describe them as either tasting like "vanilla custard" or "stinky-feet-smelling cheese". The one I tried actually tasted like both .. some parts were custard-like, some were stinky-cheese-like.
