Dear gods of cooking, forgive me for this transgression I have wrought.

Last night, I created the truly unholy.

It was a green thai curry that used durian as the base and thousand year eggs as the 'meat'...

I wrought a great evil by actually making this combination rather tasty.

Really??! I've tried both of those and while the durian wasn't as bad as I feared, those eggs were downright disgusting -- they reminded me of eating the soapy sludge that collects in the lint trap of a washing machine.

My roommate has always tried cooking experiments like this -- mind sharing the recipe?
