We also bought a buncha wine & martinellis, a things of rolls, and two cartons of vanilla ice cream for tomorrow night.

Okay, so I'm bringing a 1992 bottle of Cypress carbarnet that should go well with the duck. I'm also going to bring a DVD of _The Last Supper_ for viewing before or after if there is interest... it's a dark comedy about liberals vs. conservatives and I think it's very appropriate for given the many arguments between Stacey and myself. :)

What time do the festivities start?

Okay! We've got the duck stuffed, the turkey thawed, letsee...

I gotta get back to work quick, but current menu is:

• Orange and Chestnut Duck
• Roast Turkey with Vegetables and Giblet Gravy
• Rosemary and Garlic Dressing
• Jelled Cranberry Sauce
• Steamed Broccoli with Holandaise Sauce
• Relish Platter for snacking
• Butternut Squash Custard Pie

...Along with anything you all bring.

If I've forgotten anything, I certainly hope not. I might put a * on the turkey giblet gravy because I'm always iffy about making it, but I've managed several straight years now, my mom's recipe ^-^ Umm... We're low on salady bits... Easy traditionals like jello or gel salads, waldorf, etc. would be appreciated. Anything that's normal to your house.

The whole idea is to bring what you've got and we'll put it together into something bountiful, friends helping friends, and whatnot.

...I'm always nervous ^-^
