I am glad I was able to come back to that site. Some very bent brain stuff going on in there that is making my day. Have a sit down and tickle my brain. *purr*
Thank you for the link! Thank you thank you thank you!!! You know why? Let me count the ways...
1) The video is cool. 2) The music is cooler. Gosh, how do I find out who the artist is? Why, I just use the handy-dandy music identification program on my cellphone! I put the phone's mic next to the laptop's speakers and press the button. The phone listens for 10 seconds, then analyzes the track. Bingo! The artist is "Vitalic", the track is "Poney Part 1", the album is "OK Cowboy". So I jump on Gracenote.com, punch in "Vitalic" and see what else they have. The album "OK Cowboy" is listed, so I click on that, and hey, the label looks familiar. I wonder if eMusic has the album for download (I have an account there). So I jump on eMusic.com, search for Vitalic, and lo and behold, they have "OK Cowboy"! WOOHOO!! If I had 13 downloads left on my account instead of 9, I could have grabbed it right there and then.
For those interested, click here (http://www.emusic.com/album/10893/10893361.html) to go to eMusic and check out Vitalic's album. You can listen to 30-second snippets of each track. The style is wacky French retro electro-house with robot voices. Maybe that's why I dig it...
