Sketch of the day
Aug. 25th, 2004 11:29 pmJust doodling earlier today. Not finished, probably shouldn't be finished unless I can airbrush it, build a time machine, and get it made into a Pink Floyd album cover anyhow. Also, must resist urge to screw around with subtle coloring in Photoshop endlessly. It's already way past my bedtime.
I think I was thinking about Sweet William of PuzzleBox when I drew this.
Heehee. Bicycled home from animation group this evening. Average speed ~22MPH (Including hitting every damn traffic light) I hit speeds of at least 40MPH on parts of central. I was f***ing screaming.
I've also hit the max speed of my bike, I think. I might be able to get another couple MPH out of it and if I hit the lights better, I could make my average speed a LOT better, but on the whole, I have plenty of power left and just can't make the pedals go around any faster. Feels good to be regaining my strength. Although the 5 minutes of being superhuman when I got home was funny. Repaired the garage door spring during the weekend and hadn't opened the door since, so I about threw the door through the rough of the garage I opened it so hard. Then because I'd just pumped that far on my bike, I was stepping very high and felt like I was about to leap into the sky. :) Kinna cool in a geeky way. :)
