I'm just dangerous!

I learned two new kanji today by looking at a single container of dried shittake mushrooms in my kitchen 'dried' and 'forest'. I matched 'dried' with an unknown kanji in a sushi roll involving 'dried squid'. It looks sorta like a smokey BBQ pit with a fish on the right side.

I hadn't seen 'forest' anywhere else but I had the translated text right there and it's like SO easy to remember. It looks like Totoro standing on one foot on top of his top. (Hardly a coincidence BTW. :)

Kanji is neat! I like the pictorialness of it. :)
