Everything's for Sale

So, after all the crazy busy lately, today at work we had pretty-much nothing to do. So I killed some time browsing e-bay. Nothing too exciting. Some animation movie posters I was vaguely interested in but either can't afford or don't have a place where they'd fit in and look good.

One interesting thing I did notice. Several people trying to sell 'doing' animation on e-bay. IE animated logos and web graphics for companies. Hrm. How common is this? Do people actually pay for it? Seemed like a rather odd way to market yourself.

If you want to find out if people actually pay for it, and how much, then do a search for them and then click the 'Completed items' link in the lefthand column. That'll show you what percentage of the auctions finish successfully, what the level of bidding is like and what kind of auction is likely to succeed.
