pasitheaIn other news, I bottled my first batch of kombucha today. It's in stopper bottles and should brighten up in a couple of days but... I'm pleased. Seems to be pretty decent (considering I captured scobies from store-bought kombucha)
I also picked up an adult kombucha from a person in Capitola after I got my glasses adjusted so now I have my two captured scobies (which are still a bit thin and grow a little more slowly but should be mature in another couple weeks) and one healthy adult scoby. So. Ossm. :) Now I have a tart fizzy slightly sweet caffeinated drink that I can make for pennies per gallon. Should reduce my coke consumption. :)
