Chai and TMI

pasitheaOn Saturday we bought a bag of 'Up and Atom' chai mix. Man I'd forgot how much I loved really good strong chai. Most of the chai in the valley is Seattle Chai or Starbucks Chai. Neither really hits me the way that Atom of Larry's (both brands local to Santa Cruz) do.
Better yet, they both now make versions that are made with Rooibos rather than black tea. No caffeine means I can drink as much as I want if spicy goodness. Atom chai is so excellent that it doesn't need milk or sugar. So it's also 0 calorie and it's not even pricey. (about 35 cents per liter)
However, I've been drinking so much of it that my pee now smells like cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove, and cardamom. *^_^*
