pasitheaA drawing from my sketchbook from a couple years ago. This is actually my third attempt at it. The first two I tossed after spending many hours on them. I just couldn't get ArtRage to do quite what I wanted.
So... I decided it was time to do more brush and texture experiments in photoshop. Lots of fiddling with custom brushes and then a filter layer thrown over the top and some selective cropping. At the very least it was an interesting experiment. I sort of like it, though I believe it's more interesting in close up than in thumbnail.
