I've only got 39 seconds into it, and I had to pause it because I *love* the way she says:

I know! It's that sort of cheerful demeanor which I think was what really made her more famous than anything else. She could probably suggest cooking practically anything in a way that would make me want to try it myself.

You know, I just might see about buying some DVDs of her show as a gift to both of us for Athamara (read: Lapinian holiday which is unrelated to but just happens to coincide approximately with Christmas.)
