Wind in the Willows

Listening to this story and... I dunno...

Mole seems like a stupid drama queen and a mooch. Why would anyone hang out with him? I'd think rat, otter, and badger would kill and eat him and be done with his whinging, sniveling, and idiocy. They all seem improbably tolerant.

Perhaps it's the complete lack of females in the story. Is it possible Mole is just a good punk?

And now... Back to work.

Edit: Now in chapter 6, Toad's obsession is mingling unpleasantly with Crash

Wind in the Willows was always far to British for me when I was a child, I recoiled from it in a xenophobic sort of way. Consequently, I have little idea what you are talking about, but am pleased that you may be smutting up someone's childhood favorite.

This is somewhat off topic, but it just didn't go with a political discussion.

I found http://jeftoon01.deviantart.com/art/Twisted-Princess-Cinderella-113264295 while browsing and because of your fondness for rag dolls (okay, technically she isn't) I figured it'd be worth pointing out.
