GALACTUS

This morning, on my way to work, I found Galactus! O_O

Well. Lactarius Xanthogalactus.

It's a type of mushroom classified as inedible because it tastes like burning. Apparently, Finns, Swedes, and Russians eat them by boiling them a couple of times to remove the bitterness and some of the burn.

Spicy pickles, anyone? :)

Aw, don't let it bother you. Here, have some candy!

Are you sure it tastes like burning as opposed to say... the power cosmic?

Burning? Or perhaps it's just ten thousand needles of calcium oxalate, like with Jack-in-the-Pulpit root, which is also boiled to get rid of the ouch.

Depending on what causes the pain, you might or might not have spice in them pickled bits.
