Skipping for a moment the racist potential of "That One" and focusing on just it's pathetic melodramatic use, let's consider what he meant.

That one! The guy who's different. The outsider! the one who's not like us... Dare I say... The maverick?

Ah but never fear! Most racists are also sexist and ageist so likely as not this campaign has their little brains smoking since their choices are between some old bastard who'll probably die and leave them with an incompetent and underqualified woman in command or a black man. That plus this huge bailout while unemployment is rising and their retirement funds are going into the toilet means that little Johnny Whitebread probably has some serious thinkin' ta do.

Well... maybe Barack Obama can actually split-move like a sentient virus in the Matrix, and regularly flies across office buildings with trenchcoat trailing to the tune of "Wake Up" by RAtM?
