I don't see what Paka likes about it either. If you have to make yourself eat it twice, at least try it a different way? Menudo is still tripe. Go to a good mexican place for Sunday breakfast sometime and get the Menudo. It should come with a pho like spread of chopped onions, crumbled dry oregano, lemon wedges etc. for you to add to your soup.
