Why are people saying thought crimes? Planning to kill people is already against the law. So is planning to burn down building.
This is a bill to spend money looking to see what laws, powers, and expenditures should be added to protect us without racial profiling and other unconstitutional tactics.
These alarmist articles are starting to piss me off.
