It amazes me that you'd have a hard time selling a house that comes with something this awesome.
I would immediately paint the house gray and put up a run-down wrought iron fence.
Hmm. I could totally afford this house and four-bedrooms sounds huge to me. What's the weather like in Rhode Island? :)
