Snail's Pace

I hadn't done any really finished pieces in a while. The last 'finished' piece I did was Dr. Contese and to be honest, it wasn't really finished. In fact, I've been thinking of going back and finishing it now that I seem to be doing a bit better at that. I'd got into this weird habit of rush rush rush because I wanted to get the image done so I could move on to the next one. Too many things in my head I want to explore and not enough time to create them all. *sigh* Anyhow, I'm trying to learn to slow down and relax. I enjoy making art. I just need to remember I enjoy the process as well as the finished thing.
