Hey Sid! I stole your fukkin' hair!

It's way past time I had fabulous hair again. The last color I went through was Limelight green and while it's an awesome color it just didn't quite work out for me. Not to mention my knee was screwed up and I just didn't feel like myself. Now I'm back to 'normal'. Woot!

This is Blue Velvet with a mix of Atomic Pink and Virgin Rose on the tips. Both my hair and the photos are bit dark. The dye should brighten up a lot after another wash. Try to get a better photo in a couple days.

I did it last night and Jon and I were going to the Oakland zoo today, so of course, I had to look like a freak, and glad I did. It was apparently breed-o-rama day. Everyone had 20 children and there was a group there wearing blue tee-shirts with those fucking stick-figure family shit on them that you see on the backs of SUVs. The most annoying was some fuckin' man-baby trying to get the animals to pay attention to him by whistling non-stop. Ohwell. Had a good time anyhow.

Best thing was hanging out with Jon. We talked about a bunch of animation stuff. I noticed something funky about the hyena and looked up some video online and it turns out it wasn't that one hyena but all of them. They walk both legs on one side forward, then the other. Most other quadrupeds walk opposite corners forward. Really weird! I can't believe I never noticed it before. Cool! That'll really help distinguish from dogs if I ever went to animate some.

After the zoo we went to Berkeley, got some food, some books, and some art supplies.

Good day.

RIP Sid. I'll take good care of your hair.

*leer*

I had neon green, then haz-mat, now I've faded to somewhere between sewage and weeds depending on the light I'm under.

I must refabulous now.

The green looked good on you but yes, it fades out too quick and turns into a sewage sort of color that is not hot. I've been using this blue on Julia and I know it keeps for long time, and Atomic Pink will survive well past the heat death of the universe.

Camels walk like that too! Very few animals do that, I think giraffes might? But Im not entirely positive there.

I honestly do wish my hair could do that.
