Buh?

Christian cartoon produced in the 70's against mormons.

Freaky. Makes them sound like Scientologists.

Actually, it's accurate.

Mormon theology is very very weird.
Women only get afterlives if their husbands decide they should have them. Then they spend the whole eternity making spirit babies to populate other worlds.

OMG! They showed that cartoon when I was in grade school!

But I think the Scientologists still win with their story about Xenu.

Very true, but I prefer the Raelians because they have more alien sex. :)

All I could really think of was that the animation was really good, and wondered if the animators they hired it out to even began to have an opinion about its subject matter.

I thought pretty much every religion sounds like Scientologists? Or vice versa rather.

You too? ...they about expelled me cause I had 'too long of a hairstyle', among other things. The oncampus internet access also blocks, of all things, sluggy freelance. O.o

Some of them are not bad. The people who use the ideas the faith has. the social types though who are nutjobs are total nutjobs. Although, to quote dracula: "Perhaps the same could be said of all religions."

So has anyone seen a African American Morman? I've met a Philipino Mormon, nice guy...but not sure I'd want to ask him about Satan and skin color. Do they think that if they are good, they will transend the physical implications? The whole race thing creeps me out...would I be considered a quarter bad or something?

Yes, me too! The second day I was there I got sent home from a dance because my demure and modest tulipshaped demin wrap skirt crossed over my left knee and showed a TINY TRIANGLE OF KNEE FLESH! Meanwhile, girls in jeans so tight you could see if they bikini waxed were fine. Riiiiiiiight.

Ex mormons make some of the best people though. May I read your journal?

Duh, everyone knows that the devil has red skin, horns, a pitchfork, lobster hands, and talks in a freaky voice. ^.^

Really though, according to the chrisitan bible and such...wasn't there an event involving a huge amount of water and people dieing in mass? So the whole 'omg, mark of cain!' thing is...kinda not really all that possible? O.o

Um. anyhow. *hide*
