MoveOn.org can piss off.

I posted this in some other places, but I feel like posting it here too.

Okay,

By this point you've all seen the bullshit going on in South Dakota and we're pissed, but you know what pisses me off more? Two weeks ago, fucking MoveOn.org has a poll about whether or not we should stand up to ringt-wing asshat democrats. The overwhelming majority of people (87%) say YES. Get rid of this fuckers. So they produce one name of some guy in Texas. This hits the news, the leader of this anti women issue is Democratic Sen. Julie Bartling. MoveOn.Org's big push for this week? OH NO! AOL MIGHT START CHARGING PEOPLE TO USE THEIR MAIL! As if there aren't a lot of other free systems out there. About a DEMOCRAT throwing away the rights of women? NOT A PEEP.

So fuck you moveon.org. You want to 'get rid' of right-wing democrats, take a good hard fucking look in the mirror because YOU are it. You fucking assholes are prefectly happy to sacrifice women if it means you men get more power! HURRAH FOR YOU.

Assholes.

Cut, pasted, and e-mailed to Moveon.org.

You know what? WE ARE NOT EXPENDABLE. They've looked the other way on every single goddamned feminist issue. I'm fucking sick of it. Good riddance.

Ug I didnt look at it that way which I guess is exactly what they wanted. I read the AOL email and was like 'ooo those dirty bastards' without thinking 'why isnt moveon.org doing something about this abortion crap'.

Assholes.

And More so MoveON has their facts wrong, based off an article in the New York Times, that was a quote off a Senate Committe that wasn't made in a PR....

I so HATE MOVEON - they have become the UrbanLegend Of maniacs

I proclaim ignorance due to the Winter Olympics... WHAT happened in South Dakota?

Pratically no legal abortions allowed

The state senate and house both passed a bill that restricted abortion to only those women in danger of dying. No abortions for any other health reason (read mental), or even in cases of rape and incest. So if a guy rapes a girl and gets her pregnant, she will never be rid of him unless he gives up (permanently) any parental rights, or she gives the baby away. And she may not even be able to get rid of him if her parents adopt the kid.

I may sign their petitions, but I sure as hell don't trust them. I don't really have any perspective on this one though.
