Muwahahahahahahaha! I found a new audio stream with.... OMFG BAD radio plays of Judge Dredd! This is the greatest stupidest channel I've found in a long time! It's full of dark ominous music and gunfire and Dredd sounds like a cross between Popeye and Rambo! I am in love! ^_^


This show is 'Day the Law Died' which seems particularly goofy! Judge Cal has taken over and appointed his goldfish second in command!

Oh yeah. This is good! ^_^


YES!!!!! Cal just sentenced the entire city to DEATH! BWAHAHA! ^_^

Please tell me you've read the comics? Because that plot is canon, I think - and Dredd sounding like Rambo/Popeye makes too much sense. Seriously, this is why British comics are cooler than American ones.

Let me see if I can dig up some back issues of 2000 AD. The movie managed to totally miss the junky over-the-top dumb aesthetic that made the comics so darn good; the closest the movie came was the ad slogan about eating recycled food.

Here's only quote I remember verbatum from one of the Dredd stories I have;

"They're a renegade Gruddite sect. They believe that, ignorance being bliss, the way to paradise is total stupidity."
"That makes no sense."
"It does after the first lobotomy."

Unfortunately, I have a shrink appointment 'til 7, so I gotta bow out on Lee's. See you this weekend maybe?

Turns out that this program is done by the same guys that did the comic. It's insane. It's like Max Hedrom on crack. I hope it's still running next time you're over. Definetely have to get your opinion on it.

Also, the show starts at 7. You could make it maybe.
