Yay! My idea is working! The old air compressor I bought a couple years ago is too bumpy to use for really detailed air-brushing but it's just perfect for vibrating moulds. Wirehead is now slathered in hot melty vasaline and jiggling away in a cool pool of white with a pair of balls that have also been greased.

You naughty people! Stop thinking that! This is totally innocent!

Well if I understood the process well enough, I wouldn't have all these naughty interpretations of that bouncing around my head. ^^ That, or simply getting more sleep. ^_^ I'm glad you found something that worked better for you!
