Want a real crunch?

Eep. I only have 4 weeks until Film Finals deadline and 4 minutes of movie to animate. O_O I had hoped to have my animation stand set up so that I could do the entire movie on it, but it looks like I probably need to do parts of it on the stand and assemble everything in the computer like I've been doing, just to make deadline.

I mapped it out and it looks like there's about 4 hard parts (parts where I'm not sure how I'll get the motion right) should I try to do them first, or space them one per week, or should I save them for the end and hope my skill level has gone up enough and I've thought about them long enough that they aren't quite as hard? Maybe I should think of some ways to write around them.

Anyhow. That's a minute a week. At 12 frames per second, that's only 720 drawings per week. ;) ... If there weren't a bunch of hold cels and loops. Still Probably 200/week even without and that's not counting inking. So... Letsee... if I can draw about 1 cel every 5 minutes, that's 1000 minutes per week or about 17hrs/week. Doable... But I need to double that for inking time. 34hrs/week, and I have stop-motion work to do for my other class too. Oy! Looks like its back into full-on mad-hermit mode for me. :) See everyone in a month!
