I've had people think I was from Georgia. My grandfather was born there, and I probably picked up a lot of his speech patterns.

I'm kinda annoyed, they have both midwesterns, but none of the language regions elsewhere.

And a couple of questions had me going, 'I wouldn't say either, either.'

Or, to put it in colloquial, 'Buh?'

So there's 'Television' 'North' 'East' 'Southern' and 'Middle' but no West, or across-the-pond or coastal or southwest, or...

We call it soda-pop. Or soda.
