Flaming Evil Suck Bunnies!
Gosh darnit! Everything was going good. I was proud of myself that I'd got all my FCTV stuff done, all Peggy's costume stuff, and I was keeping on top of school and all and then some twit hadc to go and stop suddenly in front of the SUV in front of me while GETTING ON A HIGHWAY WITH NO TRAFFIC ON IT and ruin my perfect driving record of 16 years.
So, I wasn't able to stop in time and it was a high shoulder so I couldn't go off the road either. I cracked his tail light and clobbered my driver's side mirror.
But wait, our story gets better. Turns out my license had expired and so, while my car was barely damaged and I was only a block from my house, they TOWED MY CAR. YAY!
So, all that money I didn't have because of the stupid holidays interrupting my work schedule and my tuition being doubled really isn't around. Double-yay! Even better, FC is in like 2 days and I have no car to get to/from the place. Beh. I'm off to the DMV now. Hopefully I can get this mess sorted out and get my car back and hopefully I won't get reamed too badly by the insurance company, and hopefully roses will grow out of my butt because I know none of the rest of this is going to go well. blah.
