Glasses

Here's what my new glasses will look like. There were a couple of other styles that were more visually interesting but they just didn't look good on me due to face shape or the thickness of my lenses. I like them but I was a little disappointed that there weren't really any wilder glasses options available around here. But it doesn't seem to be just here. Seems like we're in one of those culturally dead time where people just aren't making stuff that's really crazy. Even searching online I only came up with a few additional options. I liked a couple of the styles from Belgium like I think these would look good on me: http://www.toffey.ca/iris.html Also, these are sort of interesting but I don't think they'd look good on me.

Finally of course, I did find some really cool glasses. They're made in France so I don't know how I'd get them, but if I could, I'd like my next pair of glasses to be these! The Parasite Hybride iMorph 4! Eyewear for the discerning super hero! Actually this company makes a lot of really spectacular sets of glasses ranging between superhero and luchadore. Plus the text on their website is really over the top. The viewer for the glasses is an evil flash app but kind of fun. Definitely next time I buy glasses and I feel like being a member of Priss and the Replicants, I'll be thinking about them. :) Meanwhile, I'll be all purple and green for a bit.
