This animation was one I'd planned a while back but hadn't got around to. Basically it's a 'dancing hieroglyphs'. As it turned out, the FCTV guys wanted some credits saying who all worked on FCTV, so I thought, 'Okay, I'll merge them.' and with a little searching on the internet (And the Help of [livejournal.com profile] paka and [livejournal.com profile] perlandria I had gods that were quasi-related to the positions of the staff in some tangental way. I also found some heiroglyph translations whcih I used to pick words to represent people and a phonetic spelling of people's names which I put in a khartush (sp?) Jon actually did the great keyframes and character designs for the dancing characters. I just did cleanup and inbetweens. The rest is just some passes in After Effects to get the effects I wanted.

Anyhow...

2.2M Quicktime Movie

This was the fav for most of the FCTV staff but I think they're probably biased. :)

All in all, I think this was one of the easiest parts of the costume.
