Okay, so I'm being a camera geek again. I took a photo of me with my most awsome retro-goggles. Except I'm not sure I like the photo. So... I thought this was a good excuse to try out using the poll feature! :) Any input is appreciated!

I'm considering these googles for sorta my new punkish kinda look for conventions. :)

Weird Dreams

So... One of the peculiar things about me. I don't dream much. My unconscious time is like no time passing. I get in bed, close my eyes and then the alarm tells me to re-open them. On the other hand, I can put myself into a mode where I can dream while I'm awake and still otherwise able to function. It's like turning on the TV while you're folding laundry, I guess. Anyhow... Sleep-time dreams are rare for me so I like to make note of them and thing about them.

In program 1 of last night's dreaming, I was a chamber maid for the queen of England. (When I dream, why not dream big?) Except the queen was like Elizabeth but it was in modern times. It was sorta interesting because the role I had in the story was very awed by the queen's presence. My role in the whole thing was pretty boring actually. I followed her around, did was what needed and more or less stood to the side while she handled various affairs of state. ... Okay.. Maybe that dream wasn't so interesting after all.

In program 2 of last night's dreaming, I dreamed that I'd been working too hard and doing too much at school and I went home and went to bed and went to sleep. I woke up to the teary eyes of my SO and a hospital room. Apparently I'd fallen asleep for three months. No one could figure out why. I wasn't drugged, I wasn't in a coma, etc. I'd just fallen asleep and no one had been able to awaken me. It'd apparently been all over the local news and so everyone knew and I was kind of weirdly a celebrity. My job was upset because I hadn't been able to work for the time I was asleep. They'd gone on without me and put someone new in my position. It wasn't certain whether or not I'd get it back. At school everyone referred to me as the girl who'd been dead and I was suddenly really really popular with the goths. Then I woke up.

Hmm. Definetely think I know what the second one is about. I've simply not been sleeping enough. The other... No clue. Maybe its about nothing. I've never been fully convinced on that 'meaning of dreams' stuff. I just find it interesting to think about.

Bicycling

So... What is dark, wet, cold, wet?

The reasons for foiling my bicycling to/from work. Stupid daylight savings time changed and it was too dark to ride home so I had to wait until I got paid to get lights for my bike and then it started raining and then the rain stopped but I was sick and then I got well but now its raining again. It's like some force is going out of it's way to annoy me.

Anyhow... I'm still losing weight, I just shifted to doing more DDR and such. Still... Frustrating! I like riding my bicycle!

big Ugly ToDo list of DOOM!

Aaaaugh! I've got SO much stuff I need to get caught up on! Fortunetely work is finally giving me a second to breathe and I don't have any pressing social engagements for the weekend so I might finally have time to do some art.

So letssee. What's top of my list?

• Roon's Video I really should have had this done months ago. I have all the video on my computer already and even cropped it down to the clips that are good enough to use for production. I just need to put it together. Still. Lotsa work to be done. I ment to work on it last weekend but got sick instead. Anyhow. Its gotta get done by Sunday. I can do that.
• Homework! This one is easy. I just need to make and rig a simple model and do a simple walk cycle for class. I think I'm gonna probably do 3 models with 3 walks that characterize the model. They aren't going to be super detailed though so this should actually be fun. :)
• Free as a BirdDesperately need to finish the last 100 frames of inking and then photo this monster so that I can move on to angsting about whether or not I shade it!
• White Rabbit commercialStacey hasn't been working on the coloring so I need to finish it up so I can get this done and closed. It's been sitting way too long.
• Salty commercialI'm gonna make some minor tweaks to the Salty animation since I already have her rigged and use her for an FCTV commercial.
• Bathroom commercialScene built, character rigged, just need to do the motion. Should be fast and fun!
• Pilot Commercial (2)Another quickie commercial, this is just re-arranging some of the stuff in Flash and making a second bumper from the original animation.
• Wheel of Furry commercialThis still needs a lot of work and I need to capture Drew and get the voice recordings.
• Housecleaning!!!! I am going to mop the kitchen floor and put the furniture back where it belongs this weekend OR ELSE!

There's probably a couple dozen other things I need to do besides all of this but that will at least get me started. Oy. I hate being behind schedule.
