i don't know what to do.

i've been fighting with the IRS on a debt, I've been making monthly payments on it but they keep messing up the paperwork. They sent a letter to my boss last week saying they were going to garner my wages enxt month for 1500 dollars. Instead, they took it out this month. The month I paid costco, my car insurance, my oral surgeon, etc, etc,etc.. the month I had no money to spare. they drained my bank account and my credit card, my account is negative 200 dollars right now and unless the bank is forgiving (doubt it) it will be negative a thousand dollars within a day or two. i've tried. i've worked so hard and I'e been paying them. what am I supposed to do? i can't make money on furbid and you cant' even sell things on ebay without a positive bank account. stacey is in route home from LA and stopped to get gas and found out there was no money. she says not to worry that she can make it home on what fuel she has but...

Get the letter from your boss, or a copy, and bring it to your bank to explain, Ive found that banks are generally rather forgiving if you explain what's going on, or at least, they have been for me. Then bring the copy of it and your paycheck to the fucking courthouse or something and see what can be done, or straight to the IRS office around there and demand to know whats going on. Check what date the letter is dated at, it may have been sent in July and only got there in August, meaning that August would be the next month, Im not sure.

Im terrible with money, and wish I could help, but those are the first things that I could think of to help..

I have the letter right here. It was dated July 31st. they withdrew the money on the 5th. I never even had an opportunity to sign it. I am on hold. None of my friends have money and I wouldn't ask them for it anyhow. it doesn't matter.

Blessings to you, and death to evil bank fees-upon-fees-upon-fees. I've had that whole "overdrawn with no cash to put in" thing happen to me, and had to go without a bank account for several months because of it.
