Get the letter from your boss, or a copy, and bring it to your bank to explain, Ive found that banks are generally rather forgiving if you explain what's going on, or at least, they have been for me. Then bring the copy of it and your paycheck to the fucking courthouse or something and see what can be done, or straight to the IRS office around there and demand to know whats going on. Check what date the letter is dated at, it may have been sent in July and only got there in August, meaning that August would be the next month, Im not sure.

Im terrible with money, and wish I could help, but those are the first things that I could think of to help..
