pasitheaSo... yesterday I went to Staples and bought Tabloid format paper as planned. I was going to buy only 500 sheets (at $10) but they had a deal where if you bought 5 packages (2,500 sheets) it was only $6 per package. Hoo ya! So I got lots of paper! ^_^ So... 5 times the paper as a pack of 12-field for the same price.

spengler directed me to murphymee's journal. 12-field cels! O_O 'n' also turns out he was someone I used to know like a decade ago. How cool is that? So tonight I'm off to the lab to punch things and animate the next shot for Sonic Boom. After that I needta get some stuff ready to ship and charcoal another cut of Free as a Bird
I also finally got in touch with Flare Starfire, so I can finish up that trade! HURRAY! (I'm trading him some artwork for permission to use his music in my animation) Really excellent, and a very nice fellow. I'm glad we were finally able to get back in touch.
And finally, a quickie charcoal and chalk pastel concept sketch for something I might or might not do for the 10-seconds club this month (leaning towards not right now because of the other projects in the queue) If I do it, I'm going to stick with this medium and enjoy all the crawl and scrawl of really rough charcoal and pastels (perhaps a release from working these materials so hard in Free as a Bird)
Lots to do but at least it's warm out! Yay!!!! :)
