So... I bicycled to work YAY! And I'll bicycle home! Yay!
But I accidently on purpose forgot my alotted one can of soda today and took an orange instead.... The orange looked delicious on the outside and as I peeled it it was nice right up to the very end. The core of it was totally black and furry and nasty. :( No orange for me.

So... I'm running on a banana I had for breakfast and the 25 calories worth of miso soup I had for lunch... That makes a grand total of um... About 140 calories intake for a day I'm burning between 1200 and 1600 calories. O_O It's a plus on the weight loss side I guess, unless I eat a bucket of sour cream when I get home or somthing. On the down side, it's gonna make the ride home a little tougher.

Oy.

Low cal is good, but that low is not. You're actually going to start storing fat if you continue doing that. The best method is to limit what you eat, but ot eat five or six small meals a day, evenly spaced. Complex carbs are your friend, since they take longer to digest, and will keep your insulin and glycemic levels stable throughout the day. That way your body will efficiently burn energy.

Ya I know. No worries. I ate as soon as I got home and had a shower. I don't generally try to starve myself. :)
