Americans need to f***ing wake up. The republicans don't have tradition and family at heart, they have greed and power and contempt for everyone beneath them.

I wouldn't worry too much....it will be like DOMA...such a law would never stand for it makes exception to the Constitution...it would require an Amendment

Yep. This is the flailing act of someone who knows his bill will get shot down, but will then have political ammunition when reelection time comes up.

And that's why, in the fullness of time, the pendulum will swing back the other way.
