I'd like to know specifically where it goes... many units now have very little equipment because they had to leave in Iraq for units that rotated in after them. Don't forget all the cost of the healthcare for the wounded and the payout for the dead. We save a lot more lives than in previous wars but they are also permanent injuries and not all can stay in and continue to serve.
