Stupidity ensues!
Dec. 19th, 2005 12:41 pmSo... Apparently needing some outlet for terminal braindeath, I've been playing DarkLife... That's the MMORG inside Second Life. It's really stupid and boring but I'm obsessive. Thankfully, I finally burned out on it.
Know how I know? Well... I realized that the game wasn't entertaining me. I also realized that it's SecondLife and I only have myself to blame if something isn't entertaining me. The Darklife objects are editable. just the code isn't. This is mostly used by teen boys to give themselves huge swords, which, I'm sure, symbolizes nothing.

It was hard to find a pose that captured it all but this one captured most of it.
Now I fight the forces of darkness with good looks, a hypnotic shield, and spoon of Pain!
I also leveled up enough that I have darn deadly nonsensical weapons. :)
Anyhow, that's how I've wasted my time this weekend. Stay tuned for next weekend when I do something even lamer.

- I started with the helmet. Nothing much. Just some spikes, a few bullet holes, and a pic of Tank Girl.
- Then the MissleBra. Shamelessly stolen from Tank Girl, Madonna, and some Bakshi cartoons and lots of other great icons. This was my 'Female banded plate armor' or something like that.
- Next.. The Masterpiece, I think. They hypno shield of happiness. The spiral spins, the face stays still
- And finally.... Who wants a big stupid-looking sword when you can have a giant spoon of Might!?
