Scans
So, building on thoughts about my last sketchbook, I'm working on two things in this one that go together. Drawing bigger and drawing more detail. Most of my previous sketchbook was naked figures with no shading or 'skin tight' clothing. So now I'm going to focus on shading, clothing, and ornamentation.
Also, I'm determined (no matter how crappy the home net is) to upload stuff more often than just once.
So...

This guy would be an odd runner with such long forelimbs and short hind, big hands and comparitively small feet. I think I could have sold the crazy hands if I'd made the feet bigger. Odd proportions for an Iguana tho.

Some kind of fisher water dragonoid thing. It probably lives in the bottom of a swamp and filters little things from the muck in it's pelican-like throat. Really, the head should be smaller and the shoulders more developed to sell this one. It must also go through periods of drought to store so much fat in it's tail. I was somewhat happy with hatching to suggest scales though.
Not an exciting start but ohwell.
