Jan. 30th, 2010 07:24 pm... This is going to take some getting used to. I have joined the rest of the wankers and got a web capable phone. So now I am posting to LJ from a phone while waiting for Stacey at the hardware store.
We have been working on the house since last night. Stacey put. In a garbage disposal and is nearly done installing the dishwasher. I have been working on cutting a hole in a perfectly good wall to put in the exhaust for an above the range microwave. This would not normally be a huge challenge but the wall the is a half inch of granite, drywall, and then a half. Inch of wood panelling (and that is just the inside. O_o.
I also spent a fair chunk of time on the roof today cleaning out gutters, sweeping, and removing moss. I don't think anyone had done that in years. Tons of work left to do. Most of the terror has worn off though. :)
Guess that's all for now.
