It's Alive!!!

So... I spent the evening playing with tools and built...



Ooooh. Now I just need to put some dark mask type stuff over the walls around it and make the handles for the dials that are missing them and mount some pegs on the pegbars. (I'm still using a plastic one taped to the deck at the moment) But... It's usable. The camera head is SO much nicer than my tripod jammed in a closet shelf! ^_^

Dorky question

I've wrestled with this one for a bit and I'm not coming up with any good ideas. What should I call myself when animating? I mean like
there's 'Studio Ghibli', 'Tanooki Brothers', etc. What moniker should I wear? I've been using 'Half Circle Productions' for a long while but... It's so dull and doesn't really mean anything or say anything about me. I guess I would tend to think of it as a meta label though. I'd keep it, but I want to name my animation studio something. But what?

Alendrias Alliterating Animation Annex, or AAAA!!! for short?


So. One might wonder why I'd want a name at all. The simple answer is that it disassociates me from my work so it's not seen as 'animation by Samantha, that freaky neurotic girl' or 'Animation by Alendria, that stone raving psycho bitch.' I need style! Something that is memorable and soundbyty and invokes a clear concept for a mascot logo type character, and says something about me. Something that has nothing whatsoever to do with PEZ. Help me!
