Is it so wrong?

Is it so wrong that this sounds like interesting reading to me?

It's a book on grammar. O_O

Actually, I listened to an interview with the writer. It was on the radio while I was driving in to work. Sounded fun and amusing.

I clearly need better hobbies.

Actually, I've heard its a really good book, very witty. And one that doesn't lambast readers (i.e. the kind of book that whines "why are you all fucktards?"), but rather one that's an epitaph on the English language (the "look how good the language used to be" approach without pointing fingers). We might eventually pick it up as well.

Of course, we're geeks, so that's no real measure lol ...

Nonsense! Grammar is fun. Hmm, I think I'd like that book too.

No, it's not wrong.

I keep a dictionary, thesaurus and grammar reference to hand by my desk. I use them regularly, too. In fact, when I go to check something in the dictionary, I frequently get distracted by other words on the way. "Ooooh, so that's what that means!" or "Cool, I didn't know there was a word for that!"
